Day 8 - Midday Food Shock

Holy smokes... assuming my food scale isn't broken I'm not likely to go hungry on this plan. My lunch was e-freakin-normous!

  1. Yeah, I've just chomped down day 9 lunch. Half a kilogram of food just feels like too much. I know focussing on weight isn't important but I'll be interested to see what this does to the scales over the next week.

    Your food looks tastier than mine. I need to get seasoning.

    I hear you Noel... the lunch meal in particular was tough to finish. Definitely, highly recommend the seasoning, assuming its approved (I submitted it as a question). I feel like pepper can save most things... paprika, mesquite, garlic, dill, thyme too... so many options to dress up the chicken and fish!
