Yeah, I've just chomped down day 9 lunch. Half a kilogram of food just feels like too much. I know focussing on weight isn't important but I'll be interested to see what this does to the scales over the next week.

I hear you Noel... the lunch meal in particular was tough to finish. Definitely, highly recommend the seasoning, assuming its approved (I submitted it as a question). I feel like pepper can save most things... paprika, mesquite, garlic, dill, thyme too... so many options to dress up the chicken and fish!
